• Trios fees are based on the nature and complexity of the work.
• Trios prefers to negotiate fixed fee engagements with clearly delineated phases and deliverables.
• Clients will find fixed fee levels highly competitive with major large scale consulting firms while benefiting from more senior level engagement and support than typically can be provided by such firms.
• Trios limits client engagements to only as many as the three principals can personally support at any given time, in order to ensure that the most experienced resources are available throughout each engagement.
